Sailing trip with Storeggen - Friday 01.09.2023
Egenandel: 150nok. Arrangementet er for YoungShip Møre-medlemmer (og følge). YS "alumni" er også velkomne.
Max 12 passasjerer - først til mølla med påmelding! Påmelding skjer via skjema under.
Hvis du har spørsmål eller problemer med påmelding, kontakt YoungShip Møre på Facebook eller email.

Excursion onboard Havila Kystruten 25.08.2023
Ankerdram at T2
On a warm and sunny July evening, the tables were set at T2 for YoungShip Møre members and not-yet-members to meet and socialize over tacos and drinks.
The ankerdrams are more casual events where also potential members can attend to meet YoungShippers and learn more about what YoungShip has to offer.
Christmas Party 2022
After two years of socially distanced Christmas parties, YoungShip Møre was finally able to return to normal with a big celebration. The event began at Anno, where the 44 participants gathered for pre-dinner drinks and mingling. They then made their way over to Apotekergata no. 5 for a sumptuous five-course Christmas-inspired menu. The group consisted of new and long-time members from various maritime companies in the area, providing an excellent opportunity to network and connect with other young professionals. Throughout the evening, there was some clever shuffling of seats, allowing participants to get to know each other better.
The event proved to be a great success, and everyone had a fantastic time. After the restaurant closed, most of the attendees headed over to Molo to continue the festivities and to compete in a shuffleboard tournament to crown the champions.
Overall, the event was a huge success, and it was great to see members of the YoungShip Møre community come together once again to celebrate the holiday season and connect with other young professionals in the maritime industry.
Open boat Havila Castor
Tour onboard newly delivered Havila castor. Drink and mingling afterwards. Cake and coffee. Tour of the bridge. Top notch.
Viking Polaris Cruise Ship tour
In September YoungShip Møre were invited by VARD to their shipyard in Søviknes to go onboard the VARD designed and built cruise ship Viking Polaris a few days before the delivery of the vessel.
The group split in two, where the first group were more interested in the technical aspects of the ship like seeing the engine room and other technical spaces, and the other group were excited enough to experience something other than an office.
The other group, armed with a General Arrangement Plan and the ability to read signs on the walls, wandered around the ship like a group of lost but excited puppies. At the end they had stumbled upon most of the significant rooms onboard the ship, and had experienced everything from the bridge to the spa area.
After the yard visit the whole group gathered at a restaurant in Ålesund for burgers and mingling.
It is a massive privilege for YoungShip Møre to have so many ship yards with exciting ongoing projects in the area, and the board will work hard to arrange more yard visits in 2023!
