YoungShip Belgium

YoungShip Belgium is a non-profit organization founded by and made-up for maritime professionals aged up to 39 years old. Our goal is to provide a platform for competence and network development and promote young professionals in the Belgian Maritime Cluster.

About YoungShip Belgium

YoungShip Belgium aims to unite all the corners of the Belgian Maritime Industry by organizing fun and eye-catching network events in which young maritime high potentials are given the opportunity to create a broader understanding of the industry and foster innovative thinking to overcome the challenges of tomorrow.

As Belgium has a wide range of shipping related businesses, we aim at a multi-oriented group of members with backgrounds going from seafarers, engineers, economists and lawyers to suppliers and authority officers. The strength of YoungShip Belgium is exactly this wide diversification of members, all with 1 common bond: The Shipping Industry!

YoungShip Belgium was founded in 2017 and has meanwhile already more than 150 members which clearly indicates the need of our organization within the Belgian maritime community.
