YoungShip is a global network for young professionals, consisting of 40-50 chapters across the globe, with thousands of members. YoungShip contributes to maritime hubs by attracting young talent. We then provide an arena for that talent to grow, building networks, friendships, learning about all the different aspects of the shipping industries, letting the talent be exposed to social settings in a professional setting, and be proud of their companies. This anchors and retains talent in the shipping industries throughout their careers, because as we know, there is no sector that is quite the same.
