YoungShip Venezuela

Founded in January 2020, YoungShip Venezuela is a non-profit and non-politics association, addressed to the young generations of leaders within the Maritime Industry (up to 40 years). Being part of YoungShip will help them to expand their vision about the Maritime world, strengthen their careers, promote their competences and give them the opportunity to be in contact with more than 3000 members of YoungShip around the world.

YoungShip Venezuela will play an active role supporting the brilliant young people within the Maritime Industry who will be the future leader, we will be a voice to the young professionals of the Maritime Industry, a voice that must be clearly heard, while we will encourage companies to make an additional effort in regards of additional training and promotion of the young professionals in order to assure and active, motivated and decided generation prepared to overcome today’s challenges in order to build up a sustainable maritime industry to the development of our future progress.
