About YoungShip Italy

YoungShip Italia was born between Genoa and Rome in November 2013 and now we have over 60 associates all over Italy.

We looked with admiration YoungShip International and its branches worldwide and we decided that it was time for Italy to finally have a shipping association that can gather not only shipbrokers and shipagents but can gather everybody who likes and works in shipping and in the maritime industry.

As the word “YoungShip” states, we are young professionals between the age of 20 and 40 years old with the desire to have fun together and expand our business network thanks to the interesting event we organize every year. We usually try to organize 3-4 events in different areas of Italy so we can keep in touch with our associates in various regions and of course our happy hours or lunches do not miss, so we all can stay together and share experiences and new ideas also for the association itself.

Last but not least, since our “birth”, we have never missed an Italian “Shipping Week” ; there is one every year: one in Genoa and one in Naples.
