The Young Corporation Award was established in 2012 with the aim of recognizing and celebrating exemplary employers who demonstrate a commitment to nurturing and developing young talent. The Young Corporation Award is presented annually during ShipCon. This year, the award was given to Van Ameyde Krogius for their commitment to nurturing young talent.
