At minimum, the report should include information on how the association has fulfilled its purpose clause, especially activities taken to carry out activities in line with its objectives.
- Approval of YoungShip Denmark's financial accounts.
- Decision on any potential membership fees as of May 1st 2026.
- Discussion of submitted proposals.
- Election of Board Members, alternates, and auditor.
