YoungShip Gothenburg would like to invite you to our General Assembly 2022. 

 Time: Thursday 24th of February 6 pm. 

Place:  Online 

Please RSVP no later than Thursday 17th February

We will then revert with an MS Teams meeting invite. Your presence is essential to keep YoungShip alive and thriving.  

This night we will plan interesting events for 2022/2023 and elect new members on the board. If you are interested it's still time to apply for a position on the board!

The meeting agenda is as follows;

  1. Election of Meeting Chairman and Opening of General Assembly
  2. Approval of agenda and election of Secretary
  3. Approval of the notice of meeting and the choice of two Attesters
  4. Board Annual Report 
  5. Audited annual accounts, together with the audit report
  6. Budget for the coming year 
  7. Election of Board members
  8. Distribution of Board duties 
  9. Election External Auditor and Election Committee
  10. YSI Board Handbook
  11. Membership dues set by the Board
  12. Other matters that the Board or members wants the General Assembly to Discuss
  13. Any other issues on the agenda
  14. General Assembly ends
