Welcome to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of YoungShip Denmark on the 28th of April, 16.00. The meeting will be held online via Teams – please reach out to us if you would like to join.
Agenda:
- Election of Chair for the meeting.
- Presentation of YoungShip Denmark Annual Report 2024. The report outlines the association’s activities over the past year. At minimum, the report should include information on how the association has fulfilled its purpose clause, especially activities taken to carry out activities in line with its objectives.
- Approval of YoungShip Denmark’s financial accounts.
- Decision on any potential membership fees as of May 1st 2025.
- Discussion of submitted proposals.
- The Board suggests that the YoungShip Denmark – Articles of Association are confirmed by the Annual General Meeting. The articles are updated to match the other international YoungShip departments.
- Election of Board Members, alternates, and auditor.
- Any other business.
- The Board suggests to register the address of the association at Danish Shipping, Amaliegade 33, Copenhagen.
