YoungShip Cyprus held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 4 March 2026 at the Columbia Plaza Venue Centre in Limassol, which included the organisation’s biennial elections for the new Board.

YoungShip Cyprus Secretary General, Ms. Antria Dionysiou, guided the numerous attendees throughout the evening. The event began with a welcome address from YoungShip Cyprus President, Mr. Andreas Christoforou, who expressed his sincere appreciation to the esteemed guests, representatives of fellow organisations, and YoungShip members for their continued support, guidance, and mentorship. As he noted, such support is “invaluable as we navigate the uncharted waters of our careers and strive to make our mark on the world.”

Ms. Georgia Evripidou then presented the organisation’s activities for 2025 as well as the action plan for 2026, which was unanimously approved by the members present. The members also unanimously approved the financial statements and the proposed annual budget, presented by YoungShip Cyprus Financial Secretary, Ms. Fotini Papachatzaki.

During the evening, appreciation was also expressed to the outgoing members of the Board who will be concluding their terms. President Mr. Andreas Christoforou, Vice President Ms. Eliana Savvidi, Secretary General Ms. Antria Dionysiou, and Financial Secretary Ms. Fotini Papachatzaki are stepping down from their respective roles after their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the organisation.

The evening concluded with the introduction of the candidates for the new Board, sparking an engaging and constructive exchange with the audience. Following the elections and the conclusion of the AGM, the YoungShip Cyprus Board for the 2026–2028 term was formed as follows:

  • President: Tobias Kreppel
  • Vice President: Lefteris Charalambous
  • General Secretary: Marvin Bielek
  • Assistant Secretary: Panayiotis Charalambous
  • Financial Secretary: Georgia Evripidou
  • Program Development Secretary: Daniel Ellinas
  • Press and Media Secretary: Naya Georgiou
  • Public Relations Secretary: Natalia Gregoriou

The duties of the newly elected Board will officially commence on 4 April 2026.
