YoungShip Bangladesh at ShipCon Copenhagen 2026

YoungShip Bangladesh was proudly represented at ShipCon Copenhagen 2026, where our Founding Chairman, Tanjil Ahmed Ruhullah FCILT, BSc (Hons), LLB (Lond.), joined maritime professionals, industry leaders, and young shipping executives from around the world for three days of learning, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue.

Hosted by YoungShip Denmark, ShipCon 2026 brought together participants from across the global maritime community to explore some of the industry’s most pressing topics, including artificial intelligence, digital transformation, ESG, sustainability, geopolitics, and the future of maritime careers. The conference also provided an exceptional platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and strengthening international partnerships.

A defining highlight of the conference was the YoungShip International Annual General Meeting (AGM), where Tanjil Ahmed Ruhullah was elected to the YoungShip International Board as Regional Representative for Asia & Middle East, becoming the first Bangladeshi to serve on the organization’s global board.
