YoungShip International is growing faster than ever, with over 5,000 members worldwide and new chapters opening every year. To strengthen our global impact and ensure quality support for our chapters,  we are now expanding our International Committee. We are doing this because we want to support all our chapters with stronger, more professional resources – ensuring that local boards and members around the world get the best possible tools, visibility, and opportunities. We are looking for 9 passionate young professionals to join us in shaping the future of shipping. The committee will be made up of:
 3 members in Marketing, Brand Design & Communication – to boost our visibility and tell our story to the world.
 3 members in Education, Mentorship & Scholarships – to develop opportunities that build knowledge and empower the next generation.
 3 members in Internal Affairs & Member Systems – to improve how YoungShip operates globally and ensure our members get the best experience.

By joining, you will:
– Support all YoungShip chapters worldwide with professional backing.
– Gain international experience and grow your professional network.
– Work closely with the YoungShip International Board and report to the Secretary General.
– Contribute in a meaningful, high-impact role.This is your chance to help drive innovation, sustainability, and collaboration in the maritime industry while strengthening the voice of young professionals worldwide.
